St Josephs Primary School, Chelsea The existing 166 year old school building is being replaced with a new building being built with environmental considerations.
Among the innovations are ground source heat pumps, which utilise the natural heat in the earth to supplement the heating system, solar panels to provide power and hot water, and rainwater harvesting to supply water to the wc cisterns.

60-62 St Martins Lane, London Work is very advanced for the new offices at 60-62 St Martins Lane, London.
The offices on the first to fourth floors will be air conditioned in two zones per floor to allow for split tenancy, while retail space will occupy the ground floor.
The fifth floor comprises two penthouse apartments.
Solar panels for electricity and hot water generation will be incorporated.

Harperbury Hospital, Radlett The installation is almost complete for the children and adult mental health suite (CAMHS).
The psychiatric hospital, which opened in 1925, is being redeveloped to provide increased bed numbers.

Bramshill Police College Phase 1 of the refurbishment of four accommodation blocks at the Police College, Bramshill, is complete. The final phase will commence in November.
The existing boilers are being replaced and the existing hot water cylinders replaced with gas fired water heaters, together with a new control system.
In addition, the cold water service pipework is being re-routed and a rainwater harvesting system installed.

Open University, Milton Keynes We have recently commenced work on the first contract of a three year term agreement, working with SDC Contractors refurbishing the catering facility.
This consists of a kitchen, public dining area, and two private dining areas.

Rushmoor HQ The Rushmoor headquarters offices are getting a makeover.
The old asbestos cement roof will be replaced with a new insulated panel roof, a mezzanine floor will be installed, and new partitions added to form additional office space.
Our new home for the next four months will be temporary offices set up in our car park.
