Rushmoor HQ We moved into our refurbished offices earlier this year and it is now fully furnished.
The office space now occupies the ground floor, and on the first floor we have meeting rooms, a training room, file storage, print room and server room.

Open University Building 12 Work continues at the Open University, Milton Keynes.
Building 12 is a new two storey open plan office building for the estates department, and features a ground source heat pump system and natural ventilation via solar chimneys.

Nightingale Nursing Home Work commences shortly on the new Wohl Building at the Nightingale Nursing Home in Wandsworth.
The new building replaces two existing buildings that have been demolished and will be a 40 bedroom care facility.
The project also includes the provision of a new plant room to serve the remainder of the site, which was served from a boiler room within one of the demolished buildings. This has been completed as part of the enabling works.

Royal Sussex County Hospital Work has commenced on the high dependency and day surgery units at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
Services include medical gases, bedhead trunking and uninterrupted power supplies for the medical areas.
Work is also being carried out on level 8 of the Thomas Kemp Tower.
This area consists of 10 wards with a total of 37 beds, and services include medical gases and bedhead trunking.

Wellington Hospital Work has begun on the refurbishment of the outpatients department at the Wellington Hospital in London.

Goldsmiths Centre, London We have been awarded the contract for the M&E services at the Goldsmiths Centre in Farringdon, London.
The building is part new, part refurbishment, and will include air source heat pumps, solar water heating and solar photovoltaics. The heating and cooling will be by reverse cycle water source heat pumps.

Sloane Square The contract has been secured to refurbish offices in Sloane Square, London for Geoffrey Osborne. The project will also include infrastructure for a shop and restaurant.
